TheRitegear.com is an authorized dealer for new, first quality, genuine brand name scuba diving equipment.  Our mission is to provide you, our customers, the best brand name scuba diving equipment with fair prices, full warranties, and rapid shipping.  Everything purchased through us includes full manufacturers warranty.   

Warranties

Your complete satisfaction is our goal.  We offer authorized product warranty and service on:  Aqualung, US Divers, Atomic, Oceanic, Mares, Tusa, SeaQuest, Cressi, Sherwood, Genesis, Aeris, Apeks and Dive Rite.  We also service Scubapro, IDI, Zeagle, Poseidon and Beuchat.  There will be no charge for parts if the Warranty Card is included and indicates that it is up to date and in effect. 

Returns

Refunds:  If for ANY REASON you are not totally satisfied with your equipment purchase, you may exchange it within thirty days for another brand or another model of the same brand.  Need a different size?  Trade it back.  Want to upgrade to another model?  Trade and pay the difference.  The purchase price of items returned in unused condition and original packaging within one month of the invoice date will be refunded in the same form as the original method of payment, or store credit if you prefer.  Items in any other condition and items returned after one month of the invoice date will be refunded only in the form of store credit.  We will issue refunds as soon as we receive your return.  Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you, otherwise shipping costs are not refunded. 

Authorization:  Your invoice is your return authorization.  We suggest you contact us before returning any purchases...in many cases we can resolve your concerns without returning items.  When returning purchases, please carefully pack your return and include a copy of your invoice as well as a brief note explaining the reason for the return.   

Return Shipping:  Please note that you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipping.  We recommend you select a carrier that offers package tracking, and for high value items, that you insure your package for full product value.  You may also return products directly to us by visiting our store.
